Cancellation Policy

Should the person, group or organization booking a performance have to postpone the performance, it will be re-scheduled for another date and time suitable to all parties involved. If another date cannot be determined at the time of notice of postponement, the full fee will be due and payable immediately and the performance will be re-scheduled for another date and time suitable to all parties involved. A Credit Note will be issued for the full amount paid to be used for another show booked at a future date within a six month period from the original booking date based upon availability. Should the person, group or organization booking a performance cancel the performance within 60 days prior to the performance date, the full fee will be due and payable upon cancellation at which time the booking shall be deemed fulfilled. Elliott Smith has never cancelled, been late, or failed to appear for a performance. If this should occur for any unforeseen circumstances whether due to Act of God, sudden personal illness, injury or other unforeseen event that precludes Elliott's ability to travel and/or perform his presentation to his fullest ability, compensation would be limited to a full refund for any deposit already paid to Elliott Smith.
